The idea is a pinch of salt to bring out the sweetness of watermelon, with soft whiskey warmth underneath. The distillery suggests it with lemonade or soda, in a margarita, or simply chilled over ice.
The nose is fresh, juicy watermelon. On the palate there is sweet watermelon with a touch of sea-salt, and the finish is crisp and sweet-salty.
