Ole Smoky Tennessee Straight Bourbon is a four-year-old whiskey from Ole Smoky Distillery in Gatlinburg, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was matured in American oak barrels and made from a mash bill of 80% corn, 10% barley and 10% rye.
The nose is soft smoke and sweet caramel with hints of charred oak. On the palate it is rich and warm, with vanilla, toasted grain and light spice. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a whisper of char.
