Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila Blanco (70cl)

Olmeca Altos Plata is a blanco tequila from Mexico, made from blue Weber agave and produced with closely controlled processes. It is clear and colourless in the glass. The nose opens with herbal notes and cooked agave, followed by lime and lemon and a sweet touch of vanilla. The palate follows the nose, soft yet fresh, with a good length. It can be sipped on its own or used in cocktails such as the Margarita and the Paloma.
