This is a commemorative Kentucky bourbon from On Your 6 Distilling, made in honour of Staff Sergeant Scott Sterling. It comes in a 75cl bottle and has spent two years in cask.
It is a small release of 120 bottles, numbered individually, and this one is bottle 6 of the 120.
The nose is vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. On the palate there is honey, baking spice and a light char, and the finish is smooth and warm with a lingering sweetness.
