Onikishi Demon Knight is a blended Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is named for the demon knight, and draws on Japan's long traditions alongside more contemporary trends.
Its woody body comes from American white oak, with honey tones running through it.
The nose is woody and honeyed, moving to heather and myrtle with a touch of citrus. The palate opens with honey and vanilla, then turns to a rich caramel and a warmer cedar smoke. The finish brings a lively note of yuzu zest against the early sweetness, and ends on wood.
