Onikishi Sakura Cherry Blossom is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle. It was aged in cherry blossom casks, and the name draws on the idea of the demon knight.
The bouquet is fragrant and floral, led by honey blossom with geranium and violet petals. On the palate, sweet manuka honey comes through over vanilla and cherry, ending on lemon verbena and cedar.
The finish is sweetly acidic, with a lingering note of lemongrass and honey and a light smoky close.
