Opera Trento DOC Brut is a sparkling wine made exclusively from hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes from the Trento area. It is made by the traditional method, with bottle refermentation and at least 24 months on the lees. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers green apple, citrus, white flowers, bread crust and yeast. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and mineral, with creamy bubbles and a dry finish.
