Indigo's Hour is an 18 year old straight bourbon from Orphan Barrel, bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It nods to Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee, the states named as its origin, and the label shows an indigo butterfly.
On the nose there is creamy vanilla, followed by toasted oak, baking spices and red fruit. The palate brings smooth caramel, honey, rich vanilla and spice, with a touch of oak, and the finish is velvety.
