Orphan Barrel Night Sage 25 Year Old Canadian Whisky (75cl)

Night Sage is a 25 year old blended Canadian whisky, the 25th release in Diageo's Orphan Barrel Collection. It was distilled in Ontario and Manitoba and issued as a single-batch, limited edition. The whisky matured for 25 years in a combination of first-dump and multi-use oak barrels. It is described as opening with butterscotch, vanilla and gently toasted oak, followed by brown sugar, golden toffee, walnut and fig on the palate, and a warm, lingering finish of dried fruit, vanilla and oak.
