Outlaw Distillery White Whiskey is an un-aged American whiskey from Utah, distilled from oats and native Utah triticale using a tequila-style distillation. It is bottled at 86 proof, or 43% ABV, in a 75cl bottle.
With no influence from oak, the character comes from the grain alone.
The aromas are bright, and the palate is lively, with fresh cereal sweetness, soft spice and light vanilla. The finish is clean and warming.
