P31 Aperitivo Green is an Italian aperitivo produced with a selection of aromatic herbs and spices. The herbs are macerated to obtain a rich, concentrated extract, then gently blended for a harmonious and enveloping taste. It is made following the traditional recipe of Italian aperitifs, with a modern touch and a hint of originality. It is best served cold, on its own with ice and a slice of lemon or orange, or in innovative cocktails. On the nose it shows mint, lemon balm and a light trace of citrus.
