A discreet, fresh Pinot Grigio from Pacher Hof. The nose shows green apple, ripe pear and light floral hints, with a touch of fresh herbs. On the palate it has lively but well-calibrated acidity, a generally slender body and a savoury texture that supports the sip without weighing it down. The finish is moderately persistent, with fruity echoes and a clean, pleasant sensation. Serve it cool, around 8-10 °C, and pair it with light starters, salads, white fish and vegetable dishes.
