Paddy is an Irish blended whiskey, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It combines malt, grain and pot still whiskeys, a blend made since 1779, and the whiskeys mature together in bourbon and rum casks.
The nose is floral and sweet, with a hint of biscuit. The palate is creamy and fine, with spice, honey, vanilla and nuts, and the finish is fine and sweet.
