Paddy Old Irish Whiskey is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey in a one-litre bottle, made from barley and water from the countryside of County Cork.
It was first called Patrick J. O'Flaherty. Its own devotees renamed it Paddy, in honour of its creator, and it became a favourite well beyond Ireland.
