Paddy's is an Irish whiskey blended from triple-distilled grain, malt and pot still whiskeys. It is made from barley and water from County Cork's countryside.
It matures for years in three types of oak cask, which give it a rich golden colour. The blend is described as approachable: mild yet crisp on the palate, with a hint of honey.
