A triple-distilled Irish blend of malted barley, grain whiskey and pot-still whiskey, bottled at 40% ABV. It is matured in oak casks in County Cork, where the Paddy name was long linked with whiskey from the Cork Distilleries Company. The nose is light orchard fruit, honey, vanilla bean and a faint toasted cereal note. The palate is soft and rounded, with light biscuit and cereal sweetness, vanilla and butterscotch. The finish is mild and drying, with a touch of pepper and a lingering note of honeyed malt.
