Pal'alma Michoacán Azul is a joven mezcal from the state of Michoacán in Mexico. Pal'alma is the export brand of Almamezcalera, the bottling label of Erick Rodriguez, who works with artisan producers across Mexico.
It is an earthy mezcal, with notes of petrichor, pulque and pine, and is made for slow, thoughtful sipping.
