A Sauvignon Blanc from Martinborough in the Wairarapa region of New Zealand. The grapes come from the Clouston and East Base vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, with lees contact and repeated bâtonnage. The wine shows vegetal notes of peas and pepper, passion fruit, marked acidity and tropical and citrus fruit.
