Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve is a 15 year old Kentucky bourbon made to the family's wheated recipe. It was selected from barrels in the heart of the family's warehouse and left untouched for the full 15 years.
It is a hazy copper colour. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with intense caramel, toffee and peppery brown spice. The finish is long and complex, fading slowly through spice and wood.
