Paradiso di Manfredi Grappa di Brunello 2015 (50cl)

A grappa from Paradiso di Manfredi, made from selected Sangiovese pomace from the Brunello di Montalcino area in Tuscany. Traditional distillation preserves an elegant structure, with aromas ranging from ripe red fruits to light spicy and vanilla notes from prolonged ageing in oak casks. On the nose it is enveloping and persistent, with a harmonious balance of softness and structure. On the palate it is velvety, with cherry, plum and herbaceous hints and a pleasant smoky note, leading to a long, warm finish. It is suited to slow sipping after a meal, with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
