Parker's Heritage Collection 11 Year Kentucky Straight American Whiskey (61.3%)

Parker's Heritage Collection 11 Year is a Kentucky straight American whiskey blended from 160 barrels taken from several Heaven Hill rickhouses. It combines 15-year-old wheated bourbon, 11-year-old corn whiskey and 12-year-old whiskey made from rye and malt, each aged in its own rickhouse and married afterwards. It is bottled at 122.5 proof. The colour is a warm chestnut. The nose brings butterscotch, toasted marshmallow, peanut brittle and oak spice. On the palate, rich caramel sweetness leads to rye spice and roasted nuts, and the finish carries stewed apples, aged malt and a peppery kick.
