Parker's Heritage Collection 11 Year Old is a wheated American whiskey made to honour Master Distiller Parker Beam. It was matured for 11 years in heavy char barrels with extended char time, and bottled at 61% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The mash bill is 51% wheat, 37% corn and 12% malted barley. Tasting notes point to honey and vanilla on the nose, a smooth palate with subtle spice, and a warm, lingering finish with hints of oak.
