Passerina DOC Linea Chronicon Zaccagnini

A white wine from central Italy made from the Passerina grape. The vines grow in carefully selected vineyards with clay soil. After manual harvesting, vinification respects the natural qualities of the grape. It is bright straw yellow, sometimes with greenish reflections. The nose is delicate and complex, with jasmine and acacia, white peach and pineapple, plus a light touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate it balances acidity and structure, with pronounced sapidity. It suits fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
