Passerina IGT - Tenuta Ulisse

A white wine made from the Passerina grape. It is bright straw yellow in colour, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, peach and pear, alongside fresher notes of citrus and white flowers. The palate is light-bodied with good acidity and a savoury texture, finishing with citrus and saline notes. Serve cool, not too cold, and enjoy young with seafood starters, simple fish dishes, salads, fresh cheeses or grilled vegetables.
