A white wine from the sunny hills of Marche, made from selected Passerina grapes. It shows white flowers, citrus, white-fleshed fruit and a delicate mineral note. Steel ageing preserves crispness and brightness, giving a dry, well-balanced sip with pleasant acidity, a slender structure and an easy drinkability. It pairs with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, light white meats and fresh to medium-aged cheeses.
