A white wine from Manoylo, made from passerina. It shows a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections and a fresh, inviting nose of white flowers, citrus peel and white-fleshed fruit, with delicate minerality. On the palate it is savoury and lively, with a light to medium body, citrus returns and a slight almond note on the finish. Serve chilled at around 8-10 °C, with seafood, raw dishes, light preparations, summer salads and fresh cheeses.
