Paul John Christmas Edition is a small-batch Indian single malt from Goa, on the west coast of India. It has a deep golden colour.
It finishes in Pedro Ximénez casks.
The nose offers orange blossom honey, pralines and baked apples. On the palate there are sweet honey, raisins and dry plum, with light mocha and a lighter touch of smoke. The long finish brings spicy French toast and smoked nuts.
