Paul John Edited is a single malt from Goa on the Indian coast, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is made with barley grown at the foot of the Himalayas, and its smoky character comes from carefully chosen casks. It is non-chill-filtered, with no added colour or flavour.
The nose is honey and cocoa with a touch of smoke and a shot of espresso. On the palate, grassy barley comes first, then quiet peat and smoke that give way to mint and mocha. The finish is long, with spice and mint chocolate, ending on gentle peat.
