Paul John Edited is an Indian single malt created by Master Distiller Michael John. It is made from Indian 6-row barley together with peated Scottish barley.
The final vatting contains 15% peated spirit, at 20-25ppm, combined with the distillery's fruity unpeated single malt. Maturation takes place in bourbon casks.
It is described as sweet and spicy, balanced by an underlying earthy smoke.
