Paul John Oloroso Cask Finish is an Indian single malt, finished in oloroso sherry casks before bottling. It is part of the Select Cask range and is described as rich and fruity.
The soft flavours bring nutty chocolate and Melton Hunt cake. The finish is long, intense and sweet, with heavy spices from the oloroso casks, a dash of coffee mocha and dark chocolate.
