Paul John Nirvana is a single malt whisky from the Goan coast of India, in a 75cl bottle.
It is a rich copper colour, and the nose is soft, with hints of bourbon, fruitcake and caramel pudding.
On the palate, a gentle honeycomb sweetness arrives alongside mild, salt-touched barley and succulent vanilla, leading into a honeyed finish.
