On the nose it offers a complex aromatic bouquet ranging from red fruits such as cherry and raspberry to subtle floral and spicy nuances. On the palate it is soft and silky, with fine, well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and pleasantly fresh, with a light roasted note. It pairs well with white meat, roast poultry or medium-aged cheeses.
