The bourbon is finished with Irish whiskey oak staves, which add complexity, subtle fruit and gentle spice to its caramel, vanilla and toasted oak character.
The nose brings caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak and light spice. The palate is smooth and balanced, with honey, caramelised sugar, baking spice, vanilla and subtle fruit. The finish is warm and medium-long, with lingering oak spice and gentle sweetness.
