Peallach is a 2015 single malt from Tobermory distillery, bottled at 47.5% by Malts of Scotland in a 70cl bottle. The distillery stands in the town of Tobermory on the Isle of Mull and was founded in 1798. Its history includes many closures, and it has worked under both the Tobermory and Ledaig names. Today it makes an unpeated Tobermory and a peated Ledaig, using water from Loch Mishnish.
