Pearse Aged 7 Years is a blended Irish whiskey of grain and malt whiskeys, bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle. It includes Pearse's own single malt. Most of it was aged in Bourbon barrels, with a small amount of Sherry barrel whiskey in the mix.
The nose offers fresh citrus, subtle spice and dried fruits, with a light fruit cake note. The palate is smooth and warm with light oak and green grape that turns to caramelised pear, then cocoa and dried fruits. The finish brings stewed apple, clove and custard.
