Pecorino d'Abruzzo DOC - Marramiero

A white wine from Abruzzo made solely from the Pecorino grape, grown in the hills of Teramo province. Steel ageing preserves freshness and varietal intensity, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, white flowers and a delicate mineral note typical of the terroir. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a vibrant balance of acidity and softness. It suits seafood dishes such as shellfish and grilled fish, as well as fresh cheeses and delicate cured meats.
