Pedavena is a clear lager brewed by Fabbrica di Pedavena in the Dolomites. It has a bright golden colour with a compact, persistent head. The aroma carries delicate cereal and malt notes with a light hop touch. On the palate it is soft and well balanced, with a pleasant bitterness leading to a clean, refreshing finish. It is suited to light dishes such as salads, seafood starters, white meats and simple pizzas. It comes in a 15-bottle case.
