Peerless Toasted is a small batch straight rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle, aged in two separate oak barrels.
The rye first spends time in a standard barrel at char level three, which is described as developing caramel, brown sugar and toffee. It then moves into a toasted barrel to finish, adding honey, vanilla, toasted spices and chocolate to the profile.
