Penderyn Celt (70cl)

Penderyn Celt is a single malt whisky from the Penderyn Distillery in Wales, in a 70cl bottle. The distillery draws on water from the surrounding hills and distils with a column still. It is a bright golden colour. The nose has light peat with dried fruit and a little vanilla and honey. On the palate there is a soft sweetness of caramel and light spice, with gentle smoke, and the finish is persistent and warm.
