A single malt whisky from Penderyn Distillery in Wales, matured entirely in Madeira casks. It is bright golden in colour. On the nose it shows dried fruit, especially raisin and date, with honey, vanilla and sweet spices such as cinnamon and clove. On the palate it is soft yet structured, with honey and ripe fruit balanced by cedar freshness and subtle spice. The finish is long and warm, with returning spicy notes. It can be enjoyed neat or with a little water.
