Penderyn Sherrywood is a single malt Welsh whisky, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 46%.
The nose brings dark fruit and rich toffee together with green apples and hazelnuts. On the palate, rich sweetness gives way to a drier, fresher note. The finish is long, with toffee and sultana sweetness, and the overall balance is of sherry, oak and winter spices.
