Pendleton 1910 is a 10 year old straight bourbon made in honour of the first Pendleton Round Up, the rodeo that has been held in Oregon for over a century. It is aged for ten years in white American oak barrels with a number 3 char, and blends high and low rye bourbons. It is cut to proof with glacier-fed spring water from Oregon's Mt. Hood.
The nose is maple and toasted oak. The palate brings caramel and vanilla, followed by a lingering rye spice.
