A 10-year-old bourbon blending high-rye and low-rye mashbills, bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana and matured in #3 char white American oak barrels.
The bourbon was then taken to Hood River, Oregon, where it was cut to bottling strength with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood.
Maple syrup and soft vanilla lead the nose, with toasted oak behind. The palate is creamy with caramel and vanilla, then rye spice, dried cherry and citrus zest. The finish is long, with rye spice giving way to subtle tobacco and gentle oak.
