Pendleton 1910 10 Year Old Straight Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

This is a 10 year old straight American bourbon, bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The 1910 in the name marks the first year of the Pendleton Round-Up, the rodeo it honours, and the bottle is decorated with saddle tooling and the Round-Up's bucking horse. The whiskey spent its ten years in white American oak barrels. In the tasting notes it is golden amber, with maple and toasted oak on the nose. The palate brings caramel, vanilla and rye spice, followed by a lingering finish of rye spice.
