Pendleton Blended Canadian Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Pendleton Blended Canadian Whisky is bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is distilled and aged in Canada in American oak barrels, then cut with glacier-fed spring water from Mount Hood and bottled in Hood River, Oregon. The whisky is named for the Pendleton Round-Up, the Oregon rodeo first held in 1910, and was created in honour of the cowboys and cowgirls it celebrates. Hood River Distillers, founded in 1934, launched it in 2003. It carries no age statement and is made from multi-year stocks. The nose offers vanilla, honey, butterscotch and custard with a hint of freshly grated cinnamon bark. The palate has fall fruits and a dash of spice, and the finish is medium and balanced.
