Pendleton Canadian Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Pendleton is a Canadian whisky aged in oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Before bottling, Hood River Distillers adds glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood, the highest peak in Oregon. The whisky was created to celebrate the independent spirit and work ethic of the American cowboy and cowgirl. The bottle carries the rodeo's bucking horse symbol and the Let'er Buck slogan, and Pendleton is the Official Spirit of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. It is described as smooth, with a rich and complex flavour.
