Pendleton Directors' Reserve 20 Year Old Canadian Whisky

Directors' Reserve is a 20 year old Canadian whisky from Pendleton, a brand tied to the Pendleton Round-Up. It is made with glacier-fed spring water from Oregon's Mt. Hood, and the bottle comes wrapped in a leather sleeve tooled by third-generation saddle maker Randy Severe. Neat, it shows warm oak, cinnamon and rye. A little water or an ice cube brings out orange spice, vanilla and caramel, and the finish is mature and mellow.
