Pendleton Midnight Canadian Whisky (75cl, 45%)

Pendleton Midnight is a Canadian whisky bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The whisky is distilled in Canada, then bottled in Oregon by Hood River Distillers and cut to strength with Mount Hood spring water. A portion of the blend has spent over six years in American brandy barrels, and the whisky is finished in those casks. The nose is led by leather and baking spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and fruit-forward, with coffee cake, caramelised banana and candied fig, followed by a finish of lingering spice, pecan and walnut.
