A blended Canadian whisky from Pendleton, bottled by Hood River Distillers at 45% (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is cut with glacier-fed spring water from Oregon's Mt. Hood.
A portion of the blend is aged for over six years in American brandy barrels, and the whisky is finished in brandy barrels. Leather and warm spices are the notes given, in a full-bodied style.
