Penelope Architect Crème Brûlée is a straight bourbon from Indiana, in a 75cl bottle and bottled at 52% ABV. It is aged for a minimum of four years.
The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. The bourbon is finished with French oak staves, treated using Tonnellerie Radoux's OakScan process.
The nose is sweet, with candied cream and floral hints of crème brûlée. The body is creamy, herbal and floral, and the finish is long and rich, with vanilla and a gentle warmth.
